CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

 

We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore request at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or for which clients are a “No-Show” will incur a charge of $50.

REFUND POLICY

If treatment has begun, these services will be considered to have been rendered even though the full series may not have been completed. Should you need to discontinue your treatment amid a series, the pro-rated share of unused treatments may be extended.

At Quasar Quantum Healing we offer goods and services that are irrevocable. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for any product or service that has been injected or used in your treatment. In consenting to be treated, it is important that clients understand and accept this condition.
